Jamie and Mike reached out to me because they wanted their engagement session to commemorate the sweet slice of life that was living in Los Angeles before a big out-of-state move. There was no better way to do it than in the golden canyons of Malibu, covered in wildflowers, and at the beach with their beloved Goldendoodle. I don’t often get to photograph engagement sessions with dogs, so this was a major treat. This whole session was the magic of Malibu peaking – golden people, golden light, and sweet golden doggo.
